Excess over the weekly or monthly cap is carried forward to the next period unless otherwise agreed with support in writing. Jackpot payouts are made in full, not in instalments.

With an active bonus with outstanding wagering, bonus funds and their winnings cannot be withdrawn. A bonus may be forfeited at any time, removing the bonus amount and winnings before withdrawal. Clearly separate real-money balances are unaffected.
